As of September 1, 2018, taxpayers for Payroll Tax in Mexico City (CDMX) shall execute payroll tax proceedings through the “Contribution Management System”.
Through this system, taxpayers may be registered or cancel, carry out proceedings, make payments, file returns and consult their account statements.
In order to access this system, taxpayers shall use the following link:
http://innovacion.finanzas.cdmx.gob.mx/siscon/
In addition, the user shall also have the following data:
- e.firma (electronic signature)
- e.firma Password.
