On March 31, 2020, the Mexican Social Security Institute announced, through agreement ACDO.AS2.HCT.300320/115.P.DIR, the non-working days for the procedures and formalities of the administrative proceedings of the aforementioned institution, such as:
- Reception of documents and reports
- Processing
- Procedures
- Formalities
- Commencement, confirmation, and resolution of administrative proceedings
- Notifications
- Summons
- Subpoenas
- Injunctions
- Report requests or documents
- Means of recourse
- Any administrative act, whether it be requested by public servants assigned to regulating agencies, decentralized administrative operations, and Social Security enforcement operations.
From March 31, and until it is determined to discontinue the course of action that gave rise to the Institutional Guidelines regarding the COVID-19 contingency, the period will not have deadlines or terms.
